A small, open space that needed to do it all: flex for gig workers, offer privacy as teams grew or shrank with each project, function as a meeting room, and create a lively, adaptable environment that could evolve daily with the team’s changing needs
A work-in-progress born from my Twinmotion and Unreal Engine 5 learning journey, this epic space is inspired by the martini—the last shot of the day and the drink that lets us unwind. Sophisticated, a little mischievous, and designed for that moment when we finally exhale.

This project transforms the third and fourth floors of a Newbury Street brownstone into a treehouse-inspired live–work retreat—an elevated sanctuary that evokes independence, wonder, and escape. Designed for a food scientist who hosts intimate bi-monthly test-kitchen dinners, to restore hope and autonomy through nourishment.

A flagship store built around a bold ‘choose your own adventure’ concept, inspired by Chubbies’ legendary antics. Inside, a Shorts Hall of Fame, a live window where anyone can become the display, and a glowing racetrack for the brand’s late-night big-wheel races create an experience as wild and unforgettable as the brand.
An abandoned building reborn as a vibrant community hub—part event space, test kitchen, affordable grocery, artist studio, restaurant, and pop-art canned-goods gallery. Blending street style with purpose, it brings creativity and nourishment to an underserved neighborhood in a food desert.
Award-winning light fixture designed and inspired by fire & ice.
